The Project Manager of EMEA, Ms. Kinga Konya, participated at the webinar “Unravel the Tunisian Startup Act: Impact, challenges and lessons for the region”, which was co-organized by the Next Society, the International Network for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises – INSME, and L’Agence de Promotion de l’Industrie et de l’Innovation – API, on 29.06.20
The event aimed at presenting and discussing the Tunisian Startup Act, an initiative promoted by Ministry of Communication Technologies and Digital Transformation, in order to foster entrepreneurship, and represents a first step to establish the country as a digital hub. The Startup Act was established by the joint effort between the private sector, the civil society and the Government (Startup Task Force).
Ms. Konya shared the experience and relevant conclusions of research conducted by EMEA and EMNES on MSMEs and entrepreneurship in the Southern Mediterranean Countries.
