Moubarack Lô joins the Advisory Board of EMEA

We are honored to announce that Moubarack Lô has joined the Advisory Board of the Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association – EMEA. Moubarack Lô is the former Special Advisor to the Prime Minister, Senegal and President of the Emergence Institute, specializing in economic and statistical studies and strategic planning. He is also Director General of the Economic Foresight Bureau.
