Founded in 2012 under the aegis of His Majesty the King, Mohammed VI, King of Morocco, UEMF’s mission is to promote intercultural dialogue and exchange, help shape cultural as well as academic partnerships in the Euro-Mediterranean Region, and promote high-level research and education.

CREAD (Research Center in Applied Economics for Development) – Algeria

CREAD (Research Center in Applied Economics for Development) is a public institution of scientific and technological character specialised in social sciences. Since 1985, date of its creation, CREAD is responsible for carrying out scientific research and technological development programs set out in its creation decree. CREAD employs 61 permanent researchers and 200 part time researchers.

University of Florence (UNIFI)

The University of Florence (UNIFI) is an important and influential centre for research and higher training in Italy, with 1,600 lecturers and internal research staff. It offers a wide range of study programmes at various levels and in all areas of knowledge.

Bureau de Prospective Economique

The Economic Prospective Bureau (Bureau de Prospective Economique ) of Senegal has been established in the Prime Minister Office of Senegal in February 2018, succeeding the Economic and Social Analysis Unit created in February 2016. Both have been led from their establishment by Moubarack LO, special advisor and chief economist to the Prime Minister. Since May 2019, following the constitutional reform that decided the end of the position of Prime Minister, the Economic Prospective Bureau is attached to the Secretary General of the Government. The Bureau has three main roles:
– developing exploratory and strategic studies to guide the Government work,
– coordinating the monitoring and evaluation of the Government’s departments activities,
– supporting the coordination of the National statistical system.

Research Institute for European, Mediterranean, and African Studies (RIEMAS) (Morocco)

Created in November 2019, the Research Institute for European, Mediterranean, and African Studies (RIEMAS) is the think-tank of the Euromed University of Fez (UEMF). The RIEMAS is a platform for exchange and reflection devoted to the strategic challenges of the Euro-Mediterranean and African area.

Palestine Economic Policy Research Institute (MAS)

The Palestine Economic Policy Research Institute, or Ma’had Abhath As-Syasat Al-Iqtisadiya Al-Filastini (MAS), is an autonomous non-profit establishment based in Ramallah. The institute is dedicated to producing sound, innovative policy research aimed at fostering economic and social development in Palestine.
