It is our pleasure and honour to announce that Prof. Dr. Marwa Biltagy, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, has won the University Prize for Academic Excellence in the field of social sciences. Cairo University has approved the names of the winners of university awards for the year 2022 . The awards were won by 41 scientists and researchers from various academic sectors. The arbitration committees consisted of the best professors in Egyptian universities
Prof. Biltagy is a Professor of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Political Science (FEPS), Cairo University, Egypt. She has won the State Incentive Award for Women in the field of Social Sciences in 2020. She is a member in several professional Associations, for example, American Economic Association (AEA), Middle East Economic Association (MEEA), International Association for Feminist Economics (IAFE). She has many publications in prestigious international journals.
