We are very happy to announce that EMNES researcher, Prof. Marwa Biltagy, has won the State Incentive Award for Women in the field of social sciences, among the 200 researchers that applied for the State Incentive Awards in Egypt this year. The State Award winners were announced by Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Egypt on 11 April 2021.
Prof. Biltagy is a professor of economics at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University. She is also the head of the International Relations Office, and a member of the committee of the International accreditation, at FEPS. She received the prize of Best M.Sc. and Ph.D. theses in Cairo University in 2005 and 2010.
